Fishbones strengthens its team with three new hires at headquarters

Fishbones is kicking off the year with strong growth at the Stavanger headquarters, welcoming three new colleagues in key finance and technology roles. The additions further strengthen the company’s ability to deliver high-quality well stimulation solutions and support continued international expansion.

Fishbones’ finance function is now fully staffed with the appointment of Jane Tove Søyland as Chief Financial Officer and Vilde Røed Kristensen as Accounting Controller.

Jane brings extensive experience from senior finance roles in the industry and is known for combining solid financial management with the ability to build strong, effective teams. Vilde has a background from both banking and the well services industry, and thrives in roles where structure, collaboration and quality are key priorities. Together, they will play a central role in further developing Fishbones’ financial governance and support the company’s growth ambitions.

The company has also strengthened its technology organisation with Magnus Erstad joining as Technology Development Engineer. Magnus will complement the technology and engineering department in sustaining, improving and further developing Fishbones’ solutions, bringing with him a deep passion for technology and continuous improvement.
