Eirik has over 20 years industry experience, having held various management positions with Baker Hughes. Most recently, he was the Vice President for the Sub Sahara Africa Region before joining Fishbones.

Eirik is responsible for the development and execution of the company's growth strategy globally.

Prior to joining Fishbones, Viljoen held positions in Turbine Engineering with a major hydro power utility and after moving to the Oil & Gas sector held Field Engineering positions with Baker Hughes in Sub-Sahara Africa.

He joined Fishbones in 2013 as a Global Field Engineer and has been responsible for managing Fishbones operations globally since early 2017.
