Eirik has over 30 years industry experience, having held various management positions with Baker Hughes. Most recently, he was the Vice President for the Sub Sahara Africa Region before joining Fishbones.

Eirik is responsible for the development and execution of the company's growth strategy globally.

Thomas has more than 20 years of industry experience having held technical and business development positions with Weatherford and Halliburton prior to joining Fishbones in 2012.

He has global responsibility for Global Sales, Marketing & Application Engineering activities.

With 15 years of industry experience Wissam started his career with Schlumberger D&M in Australia as a Field Engineer, to Regional Manager for Welltec Interventions and Completions Solutions in the Middle East, then joining Fishbones in 2018.

Wissam has a regional responsibility of expanding the Fishbones Business in the Middle East

Alonso owns over 16 years of experience within the Oil and Gas industry in multiple sales, business development and management positions. He has held positions such as Sales Leader with Halliburton, Sales Manager with TechnipFMC and Business Development Manager with Bureau Veritas.
 
Alonso is responsible for sales and business development for Mexico and the Latin America Region.

Robert started his career in oil in 1990 after serving in the British Army for 8 years. He worked for Schlumberger for over 20 years, holding various positions such as technician, engineer and manager. He joined Fishbones in 2019 as a Business Development Manager for the Middle East and moved to North America in June 2021.

He is now responsible for expanding Fishbones' operations in North America.

Lill-Susann has more than 15 years’ experience in various supply chain and logistics positions.

She worked with Halliburton/Easywell and Technip before joining the Fishbones team in 2013.

Lill-Susann is responsible for global supply chain support, supplier management and logistics.

Kristian has held product development engineering, sales and management positions with Halliburton / Easywell over the last 10 years prior to joining Fishbones in 2012.

He is responsible for business development and sales in Europe.

Malak, with more than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, has held diverse roles. He started his career at Baker Hughes as Field Engineer in pressure pumping then transitioned to diverse roles from technical expertise to sales & commercial responsibilities until he covered the Regional and Commercial Manager role for the MENATI region. 

Joining Fishbones in February 2023, Malak plays a vital role in driving the company's expansion and establishing strong partnerships in the Middle East.

With more than 16 years of extensive experience in the industry, Arild has developed skills ranging from logging, cementing and completions to key account and project management. 

He worked for different companies, including Halliburton and Weatherford, prior to joining Fishbones in 2022.

Arild is responsible for sales & business development in Europe.

Joannes Antonius (Jos) Okkerman graduated in 1982 from Utrecht University, The Netherlands with a MSc. in

sedimentology.  Jos has 39+ years of E&P industry experience in geology, petroleum engineering, technical consultancy

and research roles.

He has worked in a variety of team leader and managerial positions globally with Shell,

Norsk Hydro AS and Petroleum Development Oman.

He's an independent energy consultant since mid-2018.

Runar's experience includes various consulting roles within transaction services, accounting & auditing and compliance services with  EY. He has also held several CFO positions in different industries.

Runar is responsible for  financing strategies, supervising accounting, tax and reporting issues, management of equity transactions and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Fishbones, Viljoen held positions in Turbine Engineering with a major hydro power utility and after moving to the Oil & Gas sector held Field Engineering positions with Baker Hughes in Sub-Sahara Africa.

He joined Fishbones in 2013 as a Global Field Engineer and has been responsible for managing Fishbones operations globally since early 2017.

Prior to joining Fishbones Max held simulation engineering and design engineering positions with BMW Group and Aarbakke Innovation.

Max's main focus areas are research and innovation to drive existing and new Fishbones technologies into a commercial phase, in addition to sales and customer support

Sandy has more than 20 years of industry experience within the completions segment. Before joining Fishbones in 2020, he was the Completions Group BD Manager with Anton Oil Services. Prior to that role, Sandy held technical and BD positions with Halliburton and Weatherford in China.

Sandy is responsible for Fishbones’ sales and business development activities in China.
