Are you our next Technical Sales Manager – MENA & CIS | UAE?
As our Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer engagement for Fishbones Stimulation Technology across the MENA & CIS region. You will act as the key interface between Fishbones, clients, and regional partners, combining technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset.

In this role, you will:

Lead regional sales activities and sales planning

Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships

Deliver technical sales presentations and support client meetings

Support proposals, tenders (ITT/RFQ), and commercial discussions

Provide technical input, simulations, and system specifications

Represent Fishbones at industry events and conference​

We are looking for someone with:

An engineering background (Petroleum, Mechanical, or equivalent)

Experience in technical sales or business development within oilfield services or energy

Strong understanding of stimulation, completions, or downhole technologies
-
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
-
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel within the region
